Product description
This compact measurement tool is ideal for testing Zener diodes, avalanche diodes, VDRs, TVS devices and LED strings up to 50 V. It accurately measures breakdown voltage and slope resistance, and continuously displays results at a refresh rate of 3 Hz. The hold function allows values to be retained even after removing the component. |
+ Zener voltage range up to 50 V: This analyzer measures breakdown voltages from 0.00 V to 50.00 V with a precise 20 mV resolution.+ High-resolution slope resistance measurement: Slope resistance is measured up to 1 kOhm at 15 mA, with resolutions down to 1 Ohm depending on the selected test current.+ Multiple selectable test currents: Choose between 2 mA, 5 mA, 10 mA or 15 mA to suit different diode types and TVS components.+ Reduced heating through low duty cycle: The pulsed test current, typically 1%, limits heating even when testing at full voltage and current.+ Continuous readings with hold function: Results are updated three times per second.
